Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Topping:
  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  2. Put in a greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
