Mix ingredients together. We always at least double the batch, if not triple or quadruple!I like to mix up the dough the night before I plan to make them so it can chill in the fridge overnight. Roll dough into inch sized balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. You will know they are done when they start to "crack". Upon removal from oven, press in chocolate stars or Hershey's Kisses (we prefer stars, but the caramel Kisses are good, too). For plain peanut butter cookies (or if you run out of stars!), roll in balls and use fork to imprint criss-cross lines on top of cookie. Tatym's Favorite Variation – Cook un-sugared balls in greased mini-muffin pan and press in mini Reese’s peanut butter cups upon removal from the oven.
