Oven Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
Instructions
- Cut thawed chicken to desired sizes. We make our slightly larger than chicken tender sizes.
- In a bowl mix eggs and milk.
- In a separate bowl put flour.
- In another bowl mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken breast in flour, then egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture and then place on an oven safe pan.
- Repeat process until all pieces of chicken are covered.
- Melt butter and drizzle on top of chicken.
- Place in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temp is 165.
