Crockpot Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 red potatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 2 cups of baby carrots
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 lbs. of pork chops
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the potato chunks in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer the baby carrots on top of the potatoes.
  3. Place the pork chops over the vegetables, arranging onion slices between layers and on top of the meat.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and milk. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  5. Cook on low for 8–9 hours or on high for 5–6 hours.
  6. Before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

You can substitute 2 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken breasts for pork chops.
