Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1/4 tsp dried poultry seasoning (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp butter or butter substitute
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup half-and-half
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Mushroom flavor, prepared according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops on a sheet of plastic wrap. If desired, season both sides with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Cover with another piece of plastic wrap and gently press down on the pork to flatten slightly with the palm of your hand.
  2. Heat the butter or butter substitute in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops in batches, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside, keeping warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add the cranberry sauce and water. Stir over medium heat until the sauce is fully melted and smooth. Mix in the half-and-half, stirring constantly, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Return the pork chops to the skillet, ensuring they are coated in the cranberry glaze.
  4. Prepare the Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Mushroom flavor according to the package directions. Arrange the cooked rice on a serving platter, place the glazed pork chops on top, and drizzle the remaining cranberry glaze over the pork.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
