Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 2c cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Tortillas
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 bell pepper

Instructions

    In a bowl mix the cooked shredded chicken, cheese, and seasonings. Then place mixture inside tortillas and line in a pan.

    In a pan on the stove, melt butter. Once melted, add flour and stir for one minute. Add chicken broth and cook until it thickens. Remove from heat and add sour cream and a cut up bell pepper. Drop sauce over the tortillas.
    Cook for 375 for 20 mins.
