Scalloped Potatoes with Ham Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 med. potatoes, sliced
  • 2 c. cubed ham
  • CHEESE SAUCE:
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. flour (stir into butter)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded American cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice up potatoes.
  2. Cube ham.
  3. To make cheese sauce, cook milk, butter, and flour mixture until thick.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Alternate layers of sliced potatoes, cubed ham, and cheese sauce in casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
